For new clients, we require a one-time deposit of $59.50. This is reserve the timeslot for your pets’ first ever visit with us, as well as to reduce no-shows and last minute cancellations that impact our ability to provide timely medical care to both new and current patients. The deposit will be saved as a credit to your client file when you schedule the appointment, and will be used to pay for part of your pets’ visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the deposit can be refunded as long as a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the appointment is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable.
