MyVetStore is a convenient place to order both retail and veterinary diets, as well as medications for your pet online. Created by our veterinary supplier, this platform allows our clients and community to easily access necessary items for their pets, as well as supplier discounts. You can choose to pick up your order for free at our hospital or have it shipped to your home! Click below to start an order today!

How do I sign up?

To sign up, click the button above, or visit myvetstore.ca/ysah and create a new account!

Please note: An email can only be registered with one clinic’s webstore at a time. If you have previously used your email to sign up with another webstore, you will need to contact that clinic to disable your webstore account before signing up with the Yonge Sheppard Animal Hospital webstore.

How long does it take for orders to be fulfilled?

Hospital Pickup:

→ Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled.
→ The YSAH team manages the orders shipped to our clinic and will alert you when your items are ready for pickup.

Ship to Home:

→ Orders typically take 1-2 weeks to be fulfilled.
→ Our veterinary supplier manages these orders, packing and shipping them directly to you.

Are there any promotions on the webstore?

The webstore often runs promotions independent of the clinic, so we recommend checking out the selection online to save! The webstore also has 5% off of items placed on AutoOrder, allowing pet parents more savings for frequently bought items.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item. Can I cancel my order?

Hospital Pickup:

Contact the clinic as soon as possible. If the item has not yet been ordered, we can cancel it. If the item has been ordered, a refund may be issued depending on the item(s) being returned. For special orders, a refund minus the return shipping fee may be issued.

Ship to Home:

Contact the clinic as soon as possible. We will reach out to the supplier for you. If the item has not yet been shipped, it can be cancelled. If the item has been shipped, a refund may be issued depending on the item(s) being returned. For special orders, a refund minus the return shipping fee may be issued.

I ordered food/treats for my pet on the webstore, and they hate it. Can I return it?

Most of the food and treats available from the webstore are covered by a 100% palatability guarantee from their manufacturer. If the item has a 100% palatability guarantee, you can bring the item back to the clinic for a full refund. If you're unsure, please contact us at yonge.sheppard.vets.ca@gmail.com with the details of your return request. 

How are refunds processed?

Once your returned item is received by the clinic, we will process your refund online, issuing it directly back to the original payment card used for the order. The refund typically takes 3–5 business days to appear on your card, and you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation once it’s completed.

Note: For special-order items (products not routinely stocked at the clinic), a full refund may not be possible. In these cases, the refund amount will be adjusted to deduct a return shipping fee to the supplier’s warehouse.
